Here it is folks, the inaugural strip for Billy the Dunce! Sorry it’s so late in the day- my internet decided today was the day to crap out on me. I finally had to drive in to school to get this thing out on time. Hopefull the tubes will be lined up properly tomorrow and I can make some sort of blog entry.
