I realize that it’s been a week since the last comic was posted. Trust me when I say that it’s not due to inactivity on my part. Not only was it a six day work week (which for me is nearly enough induce a nervous breakdown) but I found a little gig on the side doing some artwork for a festival in October, and I had a meeting about what could potentially be an incredible opportunity for me going into my second year at school.
Much as I would have wanted to spend today inking, I’m not even close to a tireless machine – I love my downtime with the wife and the loverly kitties. What I did do today thanks to the kind people of netflix was watch a whole lotta Bullshit. Season 6, disc one, to be precise. Good stuff. Definitely slanted in a decidedly libertarian direction from time to time, but hey – libertarians can be damn entertaining.
Anyway – after a much needed day of relaxation after a week of unending slog, I’m back on the job. Tomorrow is ink city, and a new comic by the time I got to sleep tomorrow night. Plus, my schedule lightens up for a couple of weeks and I can get back to the two a week schedule. SO, tomorrow.
