Hey all, just wanted to drop a line saying that I’ll be posting the newest comic next thursday so I can get a breather and do a bit of unpacking, as well as work on a new project I have coming up. In the meantime, since you guys seemed to enjoy Cephololad sooooo much, I though I’d post a couple of additional drawings, just for fun.
This is one of the drawings in the margin of the last comic, that I used to work out how Billy might draw the character himself.
This is an old drawing of Cephololad before I had a place to use the concept. I still dig the costume, but I’m not sure if the tank still figures into the overall concept. That bastard would be pretty heavy for a kid to carry on his back.

I really love this picture of Cephololad! well, both of them are pretty awesome but I love the detail and weight of the second drawing – tentacle belt straps, fantastic!
